Foster Supply is the leading provider of state certified manholes, inlets and grates for Department of Highway projects. 2008 became the first year that WVDOH has approved any big block retaining wall products. Redi-Rock produced by Foster Supply, Inc. is the first and only approved large block system. The first large block wall was installed after Value Engineering was accepted by the WVDOH their headquarters building in Webster County in 2009.

When contractors need catch basins in a hurry, Foster Supply inventories standard boxes with knockouts to fulfill their needs, usually the same day. We also produce specialty items such as parking blocks, jersey barriers, and mine belt supports.
